Vitalcan Balanced is perfect for adult cats that have suffered from an episode of urinary tract obstruction and need permanent urine pH control, because its pH Control Program provides the following:
- Low Mineral Levels: Formulated with high quality proteins and low magnesium and mineral levels, which help prevent urinary stone formation in the lower urinary tract.
- Dual pH: It promotes a controlled urine pH within a 6.2-6.5 range, which reduces the risk of urinary struvite and oxalate stone formation — the main causes of urinary tract obstructions.
